We aim to deliver all orders promptly and appreciate your patience as many of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order.
While below informations is estimated most customer get there orders in less than 10 working days.
📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are handcrafted and packaged by our specialists. Please allow 5–6 business days for processing before dispatch.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

📦 Tracking Your Order
- Most orders include tracking numbers, which are emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking links may take several days to update. If it has been more than 7 business days since your order was dispatched and tracking still shows no movement, please contact us at veralux.ltd@outlook.com
📍 Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and billing information is accurate before completing the purchase.
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed by 1–2 business days for manual verification.
- We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address input.
🚫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- In the event your package is missing or damaged, you must file a claim directly with the courier.
- Vera Lux uses timestamp data from the courier as verification. We may be unable to support damage or delivery claims not reported in a timely manner.
📦 Delivery Signatures & Drop-Offs
- Packages may or may not require a signature. Final delivery decisions are at the discretion of the courier.
- If the courier determines the area is not secure, they may hold your item at a local post office or delivery center for pickup or reschedule delivery.
- We highly recommend using a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package (e.g., work address, friend, neighbor).
🌍 International Orders – Customs & Duties
- Customs policies vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- If a shipment is refused and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and customs charges incurred.
