 📦 30-Day Refund/Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be unworn/unused, with original tags attached, and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Photos of the item may be required to verify condition and/or any claimed defects
  • Any claims being made please provide information as and when requested within 48 hours.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If you are returning the item for reasons not due to a fault on our part (e.g., changed your mind, ordered by mistake), you are responsible for the return shipping cost
  • We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect

⚠️ Once Dispatched

Once your order is marked as dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. You must wait for the item to be delivered and then request a return/refund if applicable.

🔍 Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence showing the issue clearly
  • A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label, if applicable)

⚠️ After this 48-hour window, we cannot accept claims for damage or faults due to the inability to verify the issue’s cause. Time stamps from the delivery courier will be used to validate claims.

🔁 Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to request a return and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, we’ll confirm and dispatch your replacement.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

Returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above (unused, tags attached, original packaging).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund
